04-21 Subaru PNP ECU Adapter

This adapter is designed facilitate installation of Standalone ECUs on to your Subaru STI, whether that's GD, GR, or VA. 

What ECU can I use this with?

For 08+ STIs, it is compatible with EMtron and Haltech. This is due to CANBus compatibility.

For 04-07 STIs, it is compatible with all of the above, plus ECUMaster Black (04-06 ONLY), and other non-DBW ECUs (requires conversion from DBW to Drive By Cable)

I have a dual AVCS STI, what is the best ECU I can go with?

We use and recommend EMtron KV8 for this application. It can run every sensor, Turbosmart or other Electronic Wastegates/Antisurge Valves, and it has built-in dual Wideband O2; no external box needed.

If budget is tight, an EMtron Shadow8 is an adequate alternative that retains full engine functionality, although an external Wideband O2 is required, just like every other ECU mentioned above.

I have a bunch of sensors with a bunch of harnesses laying around in my engine bay; can I use this to clean it all up?

 Yes! Paired with our Intake Manifold Harness (only for 08+ STI, unfortunately!) , you can greatly clean up your engine wiring harness and integrate all your existing and future sensor wants/needs!
