Dialed In Motorsports EMAP Canister, Aluminum

A Dialed In Motorsports exclusive, designed for us by HeintzMFG.

After extensive testing of our V1 Aluminum 3D Printed EMAP Canisters, we now have our V2 canisters which feature some upgrades from our previous version. These are:

1. Just as our V1, this is a Metal SLS 3D Printed product, printed out of Aluminum (AlSi10Mg) which has proven to be durable up to 80+ PSI EMAP with no signs of fatigue.
2. The added internal baffling, as seen below on the picture of the internal cross section, as well as the webbing on the outside of the canister further enhance the heatsink effect, which removes excess heat from the exhaust gases going into the sensor.
3. A flat-back mounting face, which is friendly to custom brackets or mounting on a flat surface (e.g. frame rail, firewall), featuring M5-sized screw holes.

You can bundle the EMAP Canister with a 100PSIA EMAP Sensor, choose the option to add it before adding to cart.

Not included: Lines and Fittings. The Canister features 1/8"-27 NPT Threads.

We recommend using stainless line for high horsepower/heat/vibration applications, with either compression fittings or flare fittings (-4 AN).

For lower horsepower/heat/vibration applications, both Copper and Aluminum hardline work as well, with the corresponding compression fittings or flare fittings.
